Create a service with spaces doesn't work in Windows. #2

Windows 10 v1903.

serviceman add --name "A Go Web Server" server.exe

It works, until you shut down or restart, then it never comes back up. However, this works through a reboot:

serviceman add --name "Go" server.exe
