It seems to correctly add via '%USERPROFILE%', but not remove

pathman list

    %USERPROFILE%/bin
    C:\Users\me/.local/bin

pathman remove '%USERPROFILE%/bin'
pathman remove 'C:\Users\me/.local/bin'

pathman list

    %USERPROFILE%/bin
