Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
If the renewing or initial requiest fails, it would be useful to allow communication with old certificates or with provded in httpsServer default certificates.
Browser will show the warning and it is OK, bust the user still have the possibility to change the settings (eg for admin).
