Adds gitshallow, httpcache, geoip, ipcohort, sync/dataset, formmailer, check-ip, and form2mail to the workspace. Ignores per-cmd built binaries that we don't want sneaking into commits.
golib
Sometimes a little copying, sometimes a little dependency. Too small for their own repos.
The default branch is dev, but the stable, versioned tags are based on main.
