fix: rename envfile flag to env-file with backwards compat 
- Update peekOption to accept both env-file and envfile
- Add _ = fs.String("env-file", ...) flag definition
- Update comments to reference env-file

Go Reference

Sometimes a little copying, sometimes a little dependency. Too small for their own repos.

The default branch is dev, but the stable, versioned tags are based on main.
