log.Fatal(http.ListenAndServe) ignores ctx cancellation, so SIGTERM from systemd hung the process until TimeoutStopSec (90s) triggered SIGKILL. Replace with explicit *http.Server + Shutdown(ctx) driven by the existing signal.NotifyContext ctx so restarts complete in under a second.
