Add non-breaking context-aware and custom-HTTP-client variants of the existing reader and fetch functions: - NewReaderFromContext / NewReaderFromContextWith - NewReaderFromURLContext / NewReaderFromURLWith - NewReaderFromIDsContext - GetSheetContext All existing function signatures are unchanged.
