Demonstrates mymigrate with embedded SQL migrations: up, down, status,
and reset commands. Two migrations (init + create-todos) show the
minimum viable pattern for using sqlmigrate with MySQL/MariaDB.
Verified against MariaDB 11.4.9 via sclient --alpn mysql.
